We started BeaconGTM because we'd lived the problem ourselves.

BeaconGTM started over lunch and drinks in Scituate.

Nish and Michelle had both just finished multiple back to back early stage startups. Small teams that scaled incredibly fast in very short periods of time. After their last company they both took several months off. Not to plan the next thing. Just to recover.

When fall came and the kids went back to school they got together for lunch and started talking about why they were so exhausted. Not just that they were tired but the specific things that made those roles so hard. The coaching that never happened because there wasn't time. The pipeline reviews that were always rushed. The onboarding materials that didn't exist. The sales leader who needed help but had nobody to turn to. The founder still doing all the selling while also trying to run a company. And the feeling that every time the business hit a new revenue threshold they were tearing up the foundation and starting over instead of having built something solid enough to grow on.

They both knew they couldn't go back and do it the same way again. They had spent their whole careers prioritizing the team and the startup and now they wanted to put family on equal footing. But they missed the work and they were good at it. So they started BeaconGTM to do for other revenue leaders what nobody had done for them. Show up, get inside the business, do the hard work alongside them, and help them build something solid enough that it doesn't have to be torn up every time the company hits the next level.

Three years later they've worked with over 50 founders and revenue leaders across dozens of companies. Nishant and Michelle both still live in Scituate with their respective families, both still put family first, and both still genuinely love the work.

No Slides

Most conversations about AI and revenue sound like someone read the same three newsletters and built a presentation around them. No Slides is different. Two operators talking honestly about what's actually happening.

We take on a small number of clients at a time. Let's talk.
